• • Free usage tiers are subject to daily page limits and fair use monitoring.
• • Pricing, free tiers, and limits may change; we will update our pricing page.
• • Support channels listed on our contact page may change over time.

👤Account Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
• • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including file uploads.
• • You must complete human verification when required (for example during login or signup).
• • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at [email protected].
• • Third-party sign-in accounts (such as Google) are subject to their own policies.
• • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

📄Document Handling & Ownership

• • You retain ownership of all documents uploaded to our service.
• • You grant us a limited license to process and convert files solely for providing the service.
• • Files and generated outputs are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload or conversion.
• • Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains unlawful material.

💳Payments & Credits

• • Paid plans use PayPal or other listed processors; we never store full card data.
• • Credits or page balances are non-transferable and expire if your account is closed.
• • Refunds follow the policy described on our pricing page; failed conversions are automatically refunded.
• • Taxes may be added based on your billing location.

🚫Acceptable Use

• • Do not attempt to breach, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
• • Do not upload malware, spam, or exploit the service to harass others.
• • Automated scraping, resale, or white-labeling requires prior written consent.
• • Abuse protection may apply rate limits or temporary blocks.
• • We may throttle or block abusive behavior that impacts system stability.

⏱️Service Availability

• • We target 99% uptime but may schedule maintenance windows.
• • Planned outages will be communicated via in-app notice or email when possible.
• • We are not liable for delays caused by external providers (cloud, payment, network).

• • You may reference the service publicly but cannot use our branding without consent.
• • Feedback or suggestions may be used without restriction or obligation to you.

• • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
• • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

🔚Termination

• • You may close your account at any time via settings or by contacting support.
• • We may suspend or terminate access for violations or for inactivity over 18 months.
• • Sections regarding payments, IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
